Welcome to Vancouver’s LYS! Hook & Needle is the go-to source in Vancouver for friendly service, inspiration, and quality materials. We pride ourselves on championing local makers and artists as well as domestically produced yarn and fiber. You can also find brands you know and love such as Malabrigo and Knitting for Olive. All are welcome, whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting your creative journey.
Community is our priority, so our schedule is always packed with classes, community events, and open craft time. We can’t wait for you to stop by!

Regular Hours:
Wed; 10am-7pm, Thurs & Fri; 10am-5pm, Sat & Sun; 10am-4pm, Mon & Tues; Closed

Located within the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s Arts District, the first exit after crossing the I5 bridge.
C-Tran bus stops 60, 71, and 105 are right outside our front door.
Paid street parking is available as well as 2 parking garages within a few blocks of the shop.
Walking distance from Vancouver’s new waterfront development and the Vancouver Farmer’s Market.
